Genus J'raxii' Secrets & Cheats
Jeremy J. "O.J." "J'raxis 270145" Olson

You've played through the whole thing first, right? If not, go back and play
the damned thing before you try and cheat!! Anyway, this doc doesn't tell you
how to cheat to win the level, it only tells you all the "extras" I hid in
the scenario.

Level 1: "The Great Escape"
After entering the room with four doors, walk over close to the door on the
right wall. Within a few seconds, a door will open on the other end of the
map, revealing a room with a Pattern Buffer and a terminal. The terminal is a
scrambled message from Thoth before you finish the map, and a strange story
afterward.

Level 2: "Dramatization, May not Have Happened"
On the way down the winding staircase into the Hunter-filled "basement",
examine the walls. The darker section of wall is a door into a secret room
containing a Pattern Buffer (hit the light-switch to use it), some ammo, and
an Infravision powerup to help you see the Hunters in the dark basement.
In the basement, approach the column in the lower-left corner of the map.
There is a broken Pfhor staff lying on the ground in this area. Push the wall
of the left side of the column, revealing a x2 Recharger. (Please Note: This
Recharger is disabled after you go up the elevator and come back down through
the door.)
Examine the walls behind the platform on which the Uplink Chip
is located. One opens to reveal a small hexagonal room containing a shotgun
and a lot of shells. Go into the room and check out its walls. The next
hexagonal room contains some pistol and AR-75 ammo. And finally, the third
hexagonal room contains a x3 recharge tank, but dont try and get it.
After you fall into the room that looks exactly like a room from the
beginning of the level, go into the corridor from which all the troopers
attack you. The two doors in the corridor are locked, but there is a switch
behind one, hit it to open the door. Go to the end of the corridor; examine
the wall. There is a x3 recharge tank in a room there.

Level 3: "Bonam Pfhortunam!"
Once you get into the room with the circuitry kiosk, go into the small room
to the east of here. Examine the eastern wall of this room; there is a x3
Recharger hidden in there.
In the reactor core room, one of the yellow columns contains a switch you
need to hit in order to finish the level. Examine the left wall of the other
column to reveal an Oxygen Recharger.
After Jraxis beams you onto the "bridge" between two pulsating Pfhor Goo
pools, go into the next room and examine the walls that separate this room
from the pools of Goo. One section of wall is a tall, thin, slow-moving,
silent door; open it and jump into the Goo. There is a shotgun hidden in here,
in one of the corners of the room. To get out of the Goo, use the door as an
elevator.
In this same room, when you gain access to the three circuitry panels, don't
break all of them. Only the one on the left need be smashed. The one in the
back opens the locked door on the "bridge", allowing you back into the rooms
south of the reactor core. The one on the right closes the green flashing door
near the circuitry, trapping you.

Level 4: "Vita Non Est Justa"
Once you go "outside", examine the southern cliffs, you will be able to go
into a small "cave" with a few F'lickta and get some AR-75 ammo.
After leaving the cave, go examine the wall of the northern cliffs, after a
few seconds one wall will fall revealing another cave. If you've been around
the level a bit by now, you've probably found a terminal underwater that you
were unable to get too because of a lowered wall between you and the terminal.
Hit the switch in this cave to raise that wall so you can fit under it. The
terminal is a transporter that beams you onto the "roof" of the building,
where there is a load of ammo, weapons, and powerups.
While in the pool, swim to the surface on the right side of the terminal.
There is a SPNKR Rocket Launcher in a small alcove here.
Examine the back (west) wall of the alcove here; it opens revealing another
Uplink Chip. Go into the room with the shallow "swimming pool" and terminals
from Blake and the Pfhor. On the west wall of the terminal kiosk, there is a
x1 Recharger and (hopefully) a chip socket. The door covering the socket opens
up when you walk around in the small alcove where you found the chip, so it
should be opened. This Chip opens all the doors to the Personality Cells, so
you dont have to teleport around so much.

Level 5: "What a Lovely Way to Burn"
There are 17 terminals to find. Each one is numbered under the log-on S'pht
logo, such as "{2,17}". I suggest you write down each one you find so you
know when you've got them all.
In the very beginning, examine the west walls: one opens up revealing a
room with red pulsating walls, a terminal kiosk, and a giant Cyborg. The
terminal is a joke; containing the text of the song Fever (from which the
name of this level was taken), sung by Robert Blake. When you approach the
terminal, a load of AR-75 ammo beams in.
When you find the door that opens into the lava-flooded tunnels, go to the
small section of wall to the right of the door, put your back to it, look
downward, and fire a grenade. If the grenade hurts you, it will push you into
the wall, into a secret hidden tunnel that connects to one of the rooms that
you'd normally have to swim through the lava to reach.
In the room with the Thoth terminal there is a secret terminal to exit the
level without finding all 17 S'pht computers. On the south wall near the lava
pit, there is a switch up near the ceiling; hitting it will open a secret door
behind the Thoth terminal which leads to the exit. Once you go down the spiral
staircase in this secret, the stairs collapse.

Level 6: "Iracundia Tychonis"
Underwater, there is a terminal containing a cryptic message from Thoth.
Hit the bluish switch next to it. A secret door on the lower walkways right
near the switch opens; you have 60 seconds to get to the room before the door
shuts. In the room, there are two Invincibility Powerups and a terminal. The
terminal contains a message from me, explaining the title of each level.
Don't worry if the door closes while your in the room; the terminal teleports
you out.
